Can I get refund if I decide not to use the e-visa?
Unfortunately, the eVisa fees are non-refundable, even if you decide not to travel to Cambodia after receiving your eVisa.
Where can I find my booking ID?
The booking ID is provided to you at the time of submitting your application on our website. Additionally, we send you an email confirmation containing the booking ID, which usually looks like: E118202!
Can I amend or update my travel details on my approved eVisa?
Once your eVisa application is approved, you cannot amend or update the travel details, such as entry date, port of entry, or passport information.
How long does it take to receive my eVisa certificate?
The standard processing time for a Cambodia eVisa is normally 3-5 working days. You can check your email for notification of your e-visa approval.
